Motion to initiate an electronic ballot to approve ODF 1.2 Referencing Explanatory Reports

We didn't reach quorum in today's TC call,
so we were unable to perform the agenda item related to approving the Referencing
Explanatory Reports for the ODF 1.2 PAS submission to JTC1.   

Rather than waiting two weeks for our
next call I move to do this via a 7-day electronic ballot.

The ballot question would be:

Does the TC approve the following Referencing
Explanatory Reports to accompany the submission of ODF 1.2 to JTC1?
