9/11 voting members present = 81%, so quorum requirements were met

- Membership Notes:  Peter loses voting rights. 

- Agenda approved by unanimous consent

- Minutes of April 14th approved by
unanimous consent

- Discuss note from Robin Cover regarding
resolution of ontology URI links:

Oliver noted that "option B"
appears to be working already.

Rob proposed:  Declared XML namespaces
link to "http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/office/1.2/meta/odf#"
resolve to human-readable namespace page

No objections voiced.  Rob will
respond back to Robin and say that the TC agrees with approach "B",
humanly readable

- Rob noted that latest ODF 1.1 Corrigenda
approved in SC34, with one editorial comment on [ZIP] URL references
