2. Motion (simple majority): Approve the Agenda

4.  ODF Maintenance Update (ODF 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, Errata, PAS Submission,
etc.) 

- PAS Submission: vote is still ongoing

5.  ODF 1.3 

a. Change Tracking 

- Patrick and Oliver reported from last Collab

b. Reports on the work regarding new specification
drafts and corresponding action items

- action item 'new filter for unassigned
issue for ODF 1.3' (Oliver): done

- action item 'review state of Applied issues
(Patrick): applied on draft available on Patrick's personal space

- action item 'create initial draft for ODF
1.3' (Patrick): ongoing

- action item 'attracting volunteers by JIRA
dashboard' (Oliver): initial dashboard for ODF 1.3 is available - https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office/email/archives/201407/msg00024.html

-- Svante: a couple of current assignees
are no longer with us --> request from Oliver to all: clean up this
area, esp. by people who are related to these assignees

c. New JIRA issues

d. Reports on the action items regarding
comments discussed during the last TC call

last TC call 

- comment and following thread from Dennis
Hamilton regarding his paper for a corrected change tracking for ODF 1.2

-- TC members discussed how to incoporate
this paper into the TC's work: new version of ODF 1.2, amendment to ODF
1.2, ODF 1.3, ...

-- Makes sense that Collab SC have a look
at it - Patrick already forwarded Dennis' post to Collab SC mailing list.
