I agree with the reporter that our specification does not cover the given change tracking use case. From my point of view such a deletion could not be change tracked by a single action with our current change tracking.
I also think that the given use case could be generalized:
- deletion of a text selection which starts in a paragraph of list item A and ends in a paragraph of list item B where the list levels of list item A and B differ - thus, such a text selection contains a start or an end of a sub list, but not the sub list's end respectively start.
