REMINDER: starting time of today's TC call

Dear TC members,

just a short reminder regarding the
starting time of today's TC call:

The daylight saving time ended yesterday
(2014-10-26) in a couple of countries. Thus for whose of you which were
hit by this end the today's TC call will start one hour earlier.
