6/9 voting members present = ~67%, so quorum requirements were met 

Cherie Ekholm has lost voting rights
after this TC call.

9. Misc

- Andras asked how to handle open proposal
found in the TC's wiki.

--> We are free to to pick them up
and to drive them forward, if there is interest and at least some one is
will to spend the corresponding effort.

- May, the 25th is a public holiday
at least in Hungary and in Germany

--> TC agreed to cancel the TC call
at this date
