        Greetings!

I accepted all the changes in the last wd02 version so that we can switch over to change tracking in SVN. That will work out better for editing as maintaining large amounts of changes is memory intensive. 

I upped the WD number so we would have a clean breaking point from the past practice of using internal change tracking.
