OFFICE-638, -659 & -657

Hi,

    

    I had a look at these three related items, and would suggest to keep
    OFFICE-657 for ODF-Next and mark -638 and -659 as duplicates of
    -657. This would make it clear that we intend to implement a fourier
    transform function (and its inverse).
