Greetings!

I have attached amended minutes for the ODF TC meeting on December 7,
2015.

Thomas O'Reilly missed the roll call but was on the chat and phone
call, at least until his laptop leaped from his hands, thus ending his
attendance at the meeting.

So, I have updated the meeting attendance records and the minutes to
reflect his attendance.

Thanks to Regina for noticing Thomas in the chat room and prompting me
to contact him about his attendance.
