Reminder of meeting on Monday, 14 March 2016 + JIRA issues

Greetings!

A quick reminder of the ODF TC meeting this coming Monday, 14 March 2016.

Europeans should note that in the US we are moving to Daylight Savings
Time, a practice shown to increase both heart attacks and strokes. It
isn't clear if this is government carelessness or malice.

In any event, the meeting on Monday will be at 9:30 AM Eastern Standard
Daylight Savings time. I understand Europe will follow the US in this
quest next week?

Apologies for the late reminder. Agenda will appear tomorrow and I have
attached the next batch of issues for us to process. I will be updating
them tomorrow.
