Logical type on paytype parameter

Eike,

I am copying Dave Wheeler with this email to ask about the background
for paytype parameter on IPMT, NPER, PMT, PPMT, FV?

That is was there some legacy reason why 0, 1 were the values chosen by
Open Formula? Other implementations? Allowance for future expansion (cf.
the objections to making the third parameter to DAYS360 logical)?

BTW, deeply appreciate your continued contributions to the work of the TC!
