It might be possible, but the current structure tries to reflect, that a <number:text> cannot follow another <number:text> by introducing empty elements like <number:text-content> in-between. And only at most one <number:fill-character> is allowed. I have currently no idea how to get it correctly and _understandable_ into the schema.
It is possible to extend it to number:boolean-style and number:text-style. I have only described the current state of Excel and LibreOffice.
