Greetings!

In applying https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3909, we have a
note saying the change in behavior should be noted in the change log.

I wonder if we need to do that for this particular case or say more
generally that any change to a function definition (of which there are
several) leads to changes in results/behavior?
