New JIRA issues

Greetings,

To capture Regina's reports on errors in the latest document and
openformula drafts, without creating individuals issues for each
mistake, I have created https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3956
for errors in part 3 (documents) and
https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3957 for errors in part 4
(openformula).

Please review all drafts carefully because it is extremely unlikely
those are the only typos/errors I have committed.

I'm mindful that it was more than a decade after XML 1.0 when there was
confidence that most the typos had been removed. ODF is slightly longer. ;-)
