Latest ODF drafts uploaded

Greetings!

Apologies for being a day late but the latest ODF drafts have now been
uploaded.

All the issues marked "resolved" for ODF 1.3 have been applied so now
the question is whether all appropriate issues have been so marked.

But, due to your many contributions, proposals for ODF 1.3 have closed
and we can start polishing these drafts.

Buy yourself or others a drink to celebrate, but do sober up by our next
call, Monday, 18 June 2018.
