Creating new affects/fixes versions for ODF

Greetings!

Just so it is documented for the future, to create a new affects/fixes
version do the following:

1. Start from the ODF JIRA homepage

2. Gear icon in upper right drops down to show administration/projects -
choose projects

3. From projects list, choose ODF

4. Project settings (inner left margin) has an entry for "Versions"

5. Choose "Versions"

6. Enter information in the fields and the "add" button will become active

7. Use the Add button

That's it.

I suspect I will remember this for several weeks but if when it becomes
months/years, I won't. ;-)
