We now have ODF 1.4

Greetings!

We now have ODF 1.4 as an unreleased version!

ODF-Next only had two issues but for history, best to leave the versions
as they are and just add ODF 1.4.

BTW, I was looking at the wrong administration tab. For others and as a
reminder to myself, the gear symbol in upper right of the screen,
dashboards is the place for adding versions, etc.
