COSM editing schedule

Regina,

I'm sure we will be releasing the schedule but after the call it
occurred to me that my co-editor, Francis Cave and COSM might have
opinions on the format for release of the schedule and its content.

A query is pending with COSM and as I said earlier, I will be posting a
rough cut of the issues we have identified for application towards the
next set of drafts.
