19.815 text:id - default namespace?

Greetings!

We don't call out a default namespace for 19.815 text:id, but under 1.5
Namespaces, it is:

text

Elements and attributes that may occur within text documents and text
parts of other document types.

urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:text:1.0

*****

Shouldn't we make that more evident here and elsewhere?
