The table:first-row-end-column attribute specifies the whether the cell
in the first row, end column gets its style from its row or column.

This attribute was deprecated in ODF 1.2, but according to the schema
this attribute is required on <table:table-template>. The text says that
attributes table:use-first-row-styles and table:use-last-column-styles
are to be used instead, but these attributes aren't available on
<table:table-template>, only on <table:table>.

There being no use for table:use-first-row-styles and table:use-last-column-styles outside of table:table, is the failure to put them on <table:table-template> a nice to have but not a real issue?
