I checked "ODF 1.3 CSD 02" but there is no change there as well.

I think it was the target for the change to be entered but obviously it
wasn't.

The issue is also marked as open and unresolved.

Suggest we add it to the agenda today to resolve, as indicated and that
it should be applied to the next draft of ODF 1.3.
