Question about part 3, 18.2 datatypes

Greetings!

I'm verifying all the manual cross-refs to normative references and at
18.2, we have datatype listed as though they are references to something.

Should those be direct links into XML Schema part 2 datatypes?

Doable but just not done, despite the formatting like they were references.

Suggestions?
