JIRA references found in .rng files not reflected in Appendix

Hello all,

I found the following JIRA issues documenting changes in “OpenDocument-schema-v1.3-wd12.rng”:

These weren’t listed in the Part 3 Appendix documenting the changes from 1.2 > 1.3.

 

Shouldn’t these also be mentioned in the Appendix?
