        hi, due to the unexpected issues with the HTML filter, i've tried to get the XHTML filter to work, which at least can create hyperlinks for all the cross references.

please check if there's any obvious issues with it, and if it's better or worse overall than the previous HTML file.

(i have just now checked that the XHTML filter was actually used for ODF 1.2, whereas for ODF 1.1 the HTML filter was used)

        This is for comparison with the LO HTML filter export that was used

previously.

XHTML filter needs a tweak because there's too many headings in the file.

overwrite this LO file: share/xslt/export/xhtml/body.xsl

... then, thanks to the magic of XSLT, it only takes 22 minutes to export

this document on my laptop.
