New xhtml filter tested

Greetings,

I think I installed Michael's new body.xsl file correctly and got the
following results:

Save-As HTML - single document, toc links work, but cross-refs do not
(LO 6.2.7.1)

Create-HTML - multi-part document, detailed toc links don't work but
major ones do, cross-refs don't work.

Tested in Mozilla.

Is there another export/create HTML option that I'm missing?
