Updating our public page

Greetings!

Simon has reminded me to update the public TC page to reflect the
issuance of ODF 1.3 for comments.

The thought occurs to me, should we also post the closing of features
for ODF 1.4 as June of 2020?

Thinking that would give a little more publicity to the need to submit
feature request for ODF 1.4 and be a public place people could point to
for the news.

Thoughts or other suggestions for the public page?

Oh, perhaps also posting Michael's new xhtml export script with
instructions and announcing that as well?
