{{I'm aware that IRI is a superset of URI and URI is a superset of URN, but will that be the common understanding of readers? That is should we list "urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:manifest:1.0#pbkdf2" explicitly? Notice I have added "implementation-defined" instead of anyURI.Â}}
