While generating content from the schema, office:process-content fails to generate any content.

Upon closer examination, 3.17 Foreign Elements and Attributes reads in part:

"Foreign elements may have an {{office:process-content}} attribute 19.381 attached which controls the processing of the element content."

Therefore, office:process-content should not appear in the ODF 1.3 schema at all.
