here is FALSE. (Which is also what you said in the file

First of all, this should really never exist. ODF is currently mute
on what the value of this cell is. According to my reading, in the
absence of the value type it is not defined what the value of the
cell is. Since the value type is not given in this case, I am really
do not know whether "the value type is not string" is true or false.
It really cannot be true since we do not have a "corresponding value
attribute".
