You are right, after years using the same tools, we might want to take a look around ourselves to see if more efficientÂtools have been created.
How about, we all to add our parts to the meeting minutes by adding our ideas (or what's important to us) to the messenger. Like a decentralized way of creating minutes.
Perhaps we could rephrase what someone else is saying,Âas talking and writing at the same time is sometimes difficult for humans. And if by this duplicated parts of rephrasing the narrator's words are being created, the narrator can decide what do take - when in doubt.
Let's just try something and iterate to something that suits ourÂneeds.
