Adding new JIRA label: "Interop_OOXML"

Dear TC members,

I realized quite late that our JIRA issue -Âhttps://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4073Â- was related to office format interoperability.

Therefore, I suggest adding a new JIRA label "Interop_OOXML" to help to easily identify & query those issues.

NOTE: In contrast to a label in JIRA is a component marking a group of issues that share a common technology or feature, which is usually under the control of a project lead, which might become the default owner of such issue, seeÂhttps://moduscreate.com/blog/jira-using-epics-vs-components-vs-labels/
