Final version of CSD03?

Hi Patrick, Francis, Michael found that the table of content were long time not updated and I had to update the ToC with LibreOffice after editing the XML for a long time. The URLs not a bug but a feature. Follow the link to the specification that is how namespaces should work, the previous used URI were rather the bug. ;-) Best regards, Svante Am Fr., 28.
