On the title page of CSD03 the namespace for OpenFormula is listed as (my highlighting)

urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:of:*1.2*.

In 2.2.1 requirement D.3 the namespace for OpenFormula is specified (twice) to beÂ

urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:of:*1.3*.

This is inconsistent. I believe the error to be in 2.2.1 D.3, because I think that the namespace URI for OpenFormula was not supposed to change between ODF 1.2. and ODF 1.3.
