A Special Majority Vote to consider corrected clarified charter has been set up

Members of the ODF TC,

My apologies to all for not catching this sooner. The clarified charter approved on 05 May 2021 failed to include the IPR Mode as required by the OASIS IPR Policy. Because the IPR Mode determines the obligations of TC members, this section is required. The charter as approved was invalid. 

This Special Majority Vote asks you to consider the corrected charter. The corrected charter is, in every way, identical to the previous charter except that the RF on Limited Mode declaration has been added. 

The ballot is open now. It closes 25 May 2021 at 23:59 UTC. You can access the ballot at:
