I thin kit should be part ofÂ<office:styles>/<office:automatic-style> to match the overall design of ODF.
With regard to Regina's (A): The <number:text> elements would not be ignored. Note that this is just to completely specify the interpretation ofÂnumber:num-list-format. Implementations really should not useÂÂnumber:num-list-format with too manyÂnumber:num-list-label.Â
