The first row is the heading ("what", "lead", "with wat", "timeline")

The timeline blocks have no scale (could be a day, a month, haven't

gone into that detail), I simply tried to visualize some logical order,

without having to launch a project management tool.

By OASIS ballot, I mean using the OASIS tool to organize an e-ballot

(so I should have used the wording "OIC ballot")

I don't understand the layout.

Are there headings for the columns?  I don't see any.  I particularly want

to understand what the timeline periods are.

Also, what do you mean by OASIS Ballot?  Are we doing anything that requires

an OASIS Ballot?
