In my opinion, it is outside the scope of either this committee, or
the TC it is attempting to charter, to change the standard of ODF to
comply with NON-STANDARD document structures. Such actions should
take place in a TC set up to develop new releases of ODF, if at all.
The purpose of this TC, as I see it, is to see if a document
purporting to be an ODF document meets appropriate standards.
Attempts to "hijack" this TC for that purpose should be discouraged.
