Yes, I did see the messages.  We had our annual Board & Staff meetings last week so I was tied up.
I am forwarding the contract to Scott for his counter signature.  As you may remember, all contracts need  to be signed by OODF before I can execute them.
In the future, if you could please provide the contract
paperwork so we can review it would be optimal.  I realize the OMF already has the funding to support the $30k contract
to CoMotion based on the support from Passport, so let me get this signed and back to you.
