Glossary Version 0.1.01

FYI

The baseline glossary (0.1.00) was inherited from the openc2 forum. Edits have been made to it associated with OpenC2-Glossary issue #2 (https://github.com/oasis-tcs/openc2-glossary/issues/2) ie OASIS-ify the Glossary.

No definitions have been added or changed (note that not many exist yet) - just new sections added to meet OASIS style.

The section on version numbering https://github.com/oasis-tcs/openc2-glossary/blob/master/glossary.md#05-version might be worth examining so we can reach agreement on how to number versions moving forward.

We can discuss at the Language SubCommittee meeting.
