Language Specification "Endangered Species List"

At it's meeting today, the Language Subcommittee reaffirmed it's intent to remove from the document those actions and those targets for which we do not have a documented use case. Jason Romano agreed to create the 'endangered species list' of those actions and targets to potentially be removed. Note that most of the actions and most of the targets are currently on the 'to be removed list'. I.e. MAKE USE CASES for the actions and/or targets you think your business requires.
