Give a lightning talk at the upcoming F2F...c'mon, you know you want to...

Hi, y'all -

If you're planning on participating in the upcoming F2F, please
consider signing up for a lightning talk. For those unfamiliar with
the format, a lightning talk is 4-5 minute presentation, completely
informal.

We have 45 minute lightning talk sessions both days immediately
following the lunch break. If you have a half-baked idea for OpenC2
that's been floating around inside your head, this is a terrific
opportunity to get it out in the open.
