OpenC2 Over HTTPS Transfer Specification to be submitted to the OpenC2 Technical Committee

OpenC2 Technical Committee,
The Implementation Considerations Subcommittee has made substantive revisions to the OpenC2 Over HTTPS Transfer Specification (HTTPS Spec).  At the September 19 Monthly TC meeting, the HTTPS Spec will be submitted to the Technical Committee with a recommendation to accept it as a final Committee Specification Draft.  The editors of the HTTPS Spec are in the process of performing an final administrative review and a final package will be prepared prior to the Monthly TC.
