I should have added that in my WordPerfect support experience as a
general matter, the more complex the document:
1. The more likely that it will have technical problems needing support; and
2. The more likely that the user will be unwilling to to provide an
unredacted copy of a draft for support purposes before the final
version is released.
WPLook provides a good work-around for that support problem at the
time the user needs the support.
