Hi Jim - Actually, that is the Change Management CS. If you want to fix those too, I will hold off finalizing. 

However, it is https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-3004, the first PR for Requirements Management that I'm asking about. The number of links broken there is extensive. Here is the list from the ticket. Again, up to you all whether to go ahead and start the PR or fix these now...
