As to discussions in TC Meeting on June 10, there are several candidates proposed as follows.
- dcterms:related : too generic
- Issue promcode:involves ManagedItem
- ManagedItem promcode:raises Issue
- Issue promcode:raisedBy ManagedItem

Since an Issue is usually created for pointing to an existing ManagedItem, "Issue involves ManagedItem" or "Issue is raisedBy ManagedItem" should be better.
