The meeting-note-06102014 describes as follows:

- Still two links (produces and producedBy) between WorkItem and Artifact in the specification.

There are two links between WorkItem and Artifact, but their names are producesBy and requiredBy.
The intentions of them are that a large grained WorkItem may produce several Artifacts whereas producing an Artifact may require several fine grained WorkItems such as writing, reviewing, revising, and approving.
