At the request of the chair, I removed Hiroyuki Yoshida of Nanzan University from the list of voters. He is listed, and voted, under his individual membership. Threshold for passing remains 6 positive votes.
Description
OSLC PROMCODE Version 1.0 CS01 [1] haw Non-Material Changes since the work's last public review [2].
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [3]. The TC roster currently lists 9 voting members. In order to pass, at least 6  members have to vote Yes and no more than 2  members may vote No.
