PKCS11 Interop Process V1.2c

Hello Tony/all,

Although HPE has no objection to the PKCS11 Interop process as defined here, we hereby opt out from direct participation at this time.  HPE will continue to fully participate in the RSA 2016 KMIP Interop Process.
