Groups - Draft Specification: PKCS #11 Message-Based Encryption uploaded

Submitter's message This document specifies the PKCS #11 message-based encryption functions formally.

I am uploading the draft for a preview even though it is only 1/5 of the entire specification.
I expect the specification of decryption, signature, and verification functions to be very similar to the encryption functions.

This is only 20% of the whole thing:

* Message-based decryption, signature, and verification functions still need to be specified.
* The AES-GCM mechanism for message-based encryption still needs to be specified.
