        This incorporates the 3 remaining outstanding items from the Wiki.  It also attempts to address Daniel's comments from WD03.  Daniel's comments are copied into this draft as well.  

Daniel:  Please have a look and see if I captured your intentions here.

There's an issue with CKM_TLS12_KDF -- it's used but not really defined.  Need to discuss at the next call.
